When purchasing an item from Ionstarter, you get access to the codebase and the license to use that code for your projects. In order to understand our license, please read the following details:

  1. Robin Genz retains ownership of the codebase, but grants you the usage on the following terms and conditions.
  2. The license grants you, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the codebase to create an unlimited number of end products.
  3. You are licensed to use the codebase to create multiple end products for yourself or for your clients, and the end product may or may not be sold. Resellers and freelancers are allowed to purchase on their client's behalf and charge for their service.

Permissible Actions

  • You are allowed to create unlimited end products.
  • You are allowed to create end products where the end product is sold to end users.

Prohibited Actions

  • You are not allowed to create a product that sells the codebase itself.
  • You are not allowed to redistribute the codebase in any form without the written consent of Robin Genz.
  • You are not allowed to share your license with any other individual or entity.
  • You are not allowed to open source the codebase or any part of it without the written consent of Robin Genz.


Robin Genz's liability to you for costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of the codebase — including third-party claims against you — is limited to a refund of your license fee. Robin Genz may not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of the codebase.


Due to the non-returnable nature of this product, we do not offer refunds.
